We went to this restaurant for lunch and the experience was simply exceptional. We ordered a very tender, tasty and perfectly cooked stew, which tasted of home and tradition. Together, very soft gnocchi, tastefully seasoned and perfectly balanced: a combination that won us over from the first to the last bite.To complete the lunch, delicious broccoli, cooked just right, and golden baked potatoes, fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside – a real treat. The service was friendly and attentive, with a welcome that made us feel at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch. We entered attracted by the name and the menu proposal, and left with a big smile.A restaurant that combines heart, authentic flavors and impeccable service. We will definitely be back – and with great pleasure!

Family restaurant that I have been going to for as long as I can remember. Family atmosphere and kind, fast and friendly staff. The menu changes daily although the musts of the place remain unchanged such as the cazzellitti with foje or orapi (flour dumplings with local broccoli) which I highly recommend. The desserts are also a must try, especially the bread cake or, if you want to taste the traditional institution, the Abruzzo sweet cake. If you want to try local cuisine this is the right place. However, you need to book well in advance or be prepared to wait as it is always full. The staff also speaks English.

Truly pleasant experience. Rustic place, old-fashioned cuisine with genuine, local ingredients. In the kitchen a team of ladies who convey the passion and wisdom of the past into their dishes. In the short time I've been in the area I've been back twice, if I were from there it would be a permanent fixture.Kindness and availability in the service, of course when the place fills up you have to wait a few more minutes, but doing it like this, in a warm environment, without being in a hurry or frenzy, in the end doesn't weigh anything.Homemade pasta, homemade desserts...in short, absolutely recommended!

Lovely warm place for lunch, service was quick and friendly, prices very reasonable. The fettuccine with forest mushrooms was delicious and so was the roasted scamorza.
